Balance exercises for elders
Exercise
is a key of long healthy life. If you want to live the long healthy life you
will need to follow some exercise tips and must do daily. Today my focus is in
society senior citizens
who want to live long life. I give some exercise and food tips that will change
the way of living life. When a person becomes elder
they will never want to do any hard work but if they never take at least daily
then they will never live their life easily. Exercise is not a medicine or you
never get the benefits of exercise through any medicine. I suggest you if you
really want to live your elder’s life happy and
fit then never stop exercise daily. I know if you never take exercise before,
but suddenly you started the exercise in your elder
age then you never start easily but it is not impossible but much affected. It
will give strength to fight every disease. I mention disease because usually,
you will see that when a person enters their elder's
age then some dangerous disease catch him and every spare him until they die.
If you never want to see yourself a patient in your elder’s
age then never stop eating healthy food and exercise.
Morning workout
First,
wake up early in the morning and go for a morning walk with a bottle of water.
Drink water after every 15 minutes running. Never run more than 20 minutes. If
you know that you have the ability to adopt this activity quickly then do but
if you are confused about your health then never try to run fast in your
begging. Morning walk is a major part of your day exercise. When you come back home after a 1-hour
exercise then try to take some rest and then eat healthy breakfast. Breakfast
is also very important and never forgets your breakfast. If you want some

Evening workout
In
evening time if you easily reach gym then must go but it is difficult to find
out the best gym for you then try to go for an evening walk with your kids.
Must play games with kids and feel good. Usually, elders
take 2 to 4 weeks to completely adopting new exercise then you never try to
adopt fast. In you, evening workout tries to bend your body to 70 degrees and
then 90 degrees. This is the best workout for your body. It will open your
muscles vain and give strength.
You
can see that I mention only 2 main part of the day when you need to take
exercise. In these part of the day if you follow my instruction then trust me
your elder's life will become best and you feel
young. You know that when you will elder then
you have a lot of time but not strength to complete your dreams so if you
really want to get strength and want to full fill your dreams then must take
exercise.
Important Safety tips for elders
- Wait at least 2 hours after eating to start exercise.
- If you see any part of your body giving you pain in elbow or other part of body then never exercise. See your doctor and take rest. It will protect you from permanent damage.
- If you have a fever then never exercise because after exercise your body temperature is also increased.
- While taking exercise must drink maximum water.
- If you have heart disease or any other disease then must talk to your doctor about your disease and if your doctor allows you to take exercise then start exercise otherwise it will dangerous for your health.
