First, wake up early in the morning and go for a morning walk with a bottle of water. Drink water after every 15 minutes running. Never run more than 20 minutes. Morning walk is a major part of your day exercise.  When you come back home after a 1-hour exercise then try to take some rest and then eat healthy breakfast.   3. If you have a fever then never exercise because after exercise your body temperature is also increased.
  4. While taking exercise must drink maximum water.
  5. If you have heart disease or any other disease then must talk to your doctor about your disease and if your doctor allows you to take exercise then start exercise otherwise it will dangerous for your health.
