Usually,  is uncontrollable disease and even thinks that if once you have a cancer disease then you will never live long. Cancer is really a very dangerous disease and if you want to protect yourself and your family from this dangerous disease, you will need to adopt some different habits. I show you 7 simple, but super helpful stay healthy, tips that help you to prevent cancer. These ways will reduce the risk of cancer and also give you healthy health. According to the American health care center, nobody will survive after the cancer disease, but all doctors and scientist are trying their best to find out cancer remedies but still nothing invent that stop cancer effect. So the main thing is that if you want to protect yourself and your family from cancer then you need to do something by yourself. I know you never know about anything that you do and protect your family from cancer that’s why I am representing 7 stay healthy ways to prevent cancer.

Maintain A Healthy Weight



Overweight and low weight, both are very dangerous and make the high risk of cancer. You need to eat according to your diet plan and never eat too much that your stomach never digests easily and never eat too low that your body never get energy.  When your body weight is maintained and according to your age, your weight is perfect then your body temperature is also very good, that’s why you feel very good, but if your body weight is not good, then the first effect sees in your body temperature and you will fury on everyone with small reasons. I suggest you check your weight daily and if you see your weight is increasing or decreasing, then must take different exercise according to requirement.

Tips

  1. Must play and do some physical activities.
  2. Eat a diet rich in whole grain, calcium, green vegetables and fruits.
  3. Eat slowly.

For Parents And Godparents

  • Encourage your kids to eat fruits and vegetables.
  • Adopt more activities with kids in free time.
  • Limit the use of internet and T.V.

Exercise 


Exercise is most important for everyone and you know well that if you take exercise daily then you never face any dangerous disease like cancer. When you take to exercise your body temperature rise and after a workout, your body temperature reduces slowly and all body disease will also remove with temperature and you feel better. You see that most doctors highly recommended that take exercise if you want to see yourself healthy. I am also a cardiologist and I observe from my patients that most patients have heart disease with more other disease, but the reason of all disease is their weight and that’s why they never try to take exercise and they have dangerous diseases. I suggest to youngsters, if they want to see their future healthy and fit, then must care their exercise and diet plans.

Tips

  1. Must try to go for an exercise with your friend.
  2. Make you habit to go for an exercise daily.
  3. After eating dinner must walk or do any other physical activity that you like. For example dancing, walking, running etc.

Don’t smoke


Smoking is the main reason for cancer. If you are a smoker then must try to stop this habit. This is a little bit difficult, but very helpful for you and your family. You can also adopt some exercises that help you to stop this habit. The smokes that come from a smoker is very harmful to your lungs and also make the high risk of cancer.

Tips

  1. If you are trying to stop you’re this bad habit, but you are failing, then must discuss your problem with your doctor and quit this habit.
  2. Join a quit smoking program and stop. Quit smoking programs are very famous and helpful programs in America and a lot of people join every day.
  3. Cancer is a king of disease and smoking is the main part of cancer.

Eat Healthy Diet


Eat only healthy diet and never force yourself to eat. If your mood is not allowing you to eat present recipe, then never eat and cook over your favorite recipe. You can easily find every recipe on this site. I suggest you to eat red fruits and vegetable, especially for preventing cancer.

Tips

  1. Make you habit to eat fruit with your every meal.
  2. Choose fish and vegetable instead of red meat.
  3. Use only olive and canola oil in your every recipe.

Never Drink Alcohol


Alcohol is not good for health. Even you see that in Muslim culture alcohol is harram. Alcohol will damage your lungs and also affect your health and increase the risk of cancer. I see in American that alcohol is very famous and people never care its disadvantages they just drink and after that, they will die because they have a lot of diseases.

Care Your Skin And Protect From Sun Rays



Sometime in the summer sun will provide too much heat and at this moment if the sun rays fall on your skin directly then you will face skin cancer. As you know that ozone layer protects the world from sun dangerous rays, but sometimes when the sun provide a full heat ozone layer will destroy from some points.

Tips

  1. Must wear full sleeves clothes.
  2. Try to use sunglasses when you are going outside.
  3. Never drive bike under the 10am - 3 pm.

Screening Test



There are a lot of tests that helps to protect against cancer and all are very important. You should need to test your body once a month because if you are in cancer 1 stage, then it is very easy to save your life, but if you fall in the last stage then it is very difficult to protect your life.
