Keep care your nails not only how your hands look. Care your nails for keeping hygienic and healthy. Today I give you some tips that help you to care your nails in your home and also make your nails more beautiful and amazing. Caring is very important for everything, especially for your body organs and your health. Some people did not care their health and body cleanness then the look too ugly and bad. People never sit with them and never talk with them. I suggest you if you have a good reputation in society, then must care your health and your body clean. 

It is very important if you want to stay your reputation well. Basically, your nails show how much you clean and beautiful because it shows your personality. For example, if your nails are over high and also dirty, but your clothes are clean and good, then people never consider that your clothes are good, then you are good people see that if your nails are not good then you are an ugly and dirty person. So the main thing is that nails care is very important and today in my post I teach how to care your nails at home. You never need any treatment you just need to follow my steps as i mention, you will become very good hands with nice nails.

Trim you nail


You must cut your nails when they reach a high point because if you don't clip them, then they will damage your skin or also affect your health. You must clip your toenails with them and also clean them. Usually, girls like long nails but when you see your nails over cross your limit then never ignoreS. Cut them in a straight line and after clipping your nails must wash your hands.

Eat healthy diet for nails


Scientifically nails grow up more quickly than all other parts of your body. Our body nails need iron for their power. You can eat iron food like red meat species of fish, parsley, whole grain products, poultry along with turkey, soy products, green spinach, dry fruits like raisins, asparagus, beans, nuts, lentils, egg yolks, and fresh vegetables etc. These food to help your nails keep healthy and beautiful.

Beetroots are also good for your nails grow. It has calcium in a large amount and also vitamin d that helps your nails grow up quickly.

Follow some tips and tricks for clean your nails and remove ugly stains

So friends now I want to give you some tips and homemade tricks that help you a lot for removing ugly stains from your nails.


First trick

For removing stains, you need these ingredients

  • Cup of normal water
  • Cup of hot water
  • Lemon juice
  • Moisturizer


Methods

  • ü Squeezed lemon juice in a cup and dip your nails and toenails.
  • ü After 10-15 minutes come out your nails and clean normal water.
  • ü Now wash, your nails with hot water and clean using cloth.
  • ü Then use moisturizer.
  • This is very good and helpful nails care trick to get rid of the stain on your nails.

2nd trick


For the care of your nails, dip all your fingernails and toenails into lukewarm mustard oil for 10 to 12 minutes. Now rub each of them slowly and smoothly to ensure that blood circulation is perfect and not any issues with it. This is very exciting and interesting tips to keep your nails healthy and strong.

3rd trick


My 3rd tip looks not too important, but it's very important and its advantages are uncountable. This is the best care for your nails. You should do this once a week and its benefits are that it cares your nails whole week and also make too strong.

Method

  • Take a cup of warm or comfortable olive oil.
  • Now dip your fingernails in it for 10 minutes.
  • When you feel that your nails comes smooth and shining then come out.
  • Never wash, your nails with cold water, clean them using clean cloths. 
  • After completing the treatment, wait at least 10 minutes and then wash your hand with normal water.

Treatment is complete and now you have a shining good looking nails. Do the same process for your toenails and make your nails too good.
